How we charge
Mediation fees are straightforward: a flat rate per session, billed per participant. There are no hidden charges or hourly surprises. Below is our fee structure by session length.
• Two-hour session (for straightforward cases, as determined during your initial call) — $250 per party
• Half-day session (4 hours) — $475 per party
• Six-hour session — $750 per party
• Full-day session (8 hours) — $975 per party
When mediation is scheduled, a $75 nonrefundable fee is due from each participant or party upon receipt of invoice. This fee is applied to the total mediation fee. The balance of the total fee is due one week prior to the date of mediation.
If mediation is canceled or rescheduled three or four business days prior to the mediation date, a $200 late cancellation fee will be due from the party or parties canceling or rescheduling the mediation. If mediation is canceled or rescheduled two business days prior to the mediation date, a $400 late cancellation fee will be due from the party or parties canceling or rescheduling the mediation. If mediation is canceled the day before or on the actual date of mediation, the full mediation fee (for both parties) is due from the party or parties canceling or rescheduling the mediation.
Accepted methods of payment are through Zelle or Venmo, business check, cashier’s check, money order, or cash.
