Resolve Business Disputes.
Protect What You've Built

Disagreements happen — whether you're running a family business, co-founding a startup, or managing a HOA. It's part of working closely with people, and we help you navigate tough conversations toward solutions that work for everyone..

Here are some common areas where we can make a real difference:

• Unclear roles and boundaries

• Differing visions, values and goals

• Succession planning disagreements

• Commitment disputes

• Strategic direction differences

• Personal/family tensions

• Vendor and buyer conflicts

• Interdepartmental issues

How this works

1. Initial call. We talk through the situation and confirm mediation is the right fit.

2. Scheduling. We set a session time that works for everyone involved, in person or via Zoom.

3. The session. All parties meet with the mediator to work through the issues and explore options.

4. Resolution. If an agreement is reached, it's put in writing and signed by everyone involved.
